Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality Medical Device consumables. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for meeting daily production targets to the highest quality whilst maintaining a safe work environment.

Key tasks for position holder:

  •  Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic checks as needed.
  • Assemble, test, and package product according to specifications.
  • Help identify equipment and process issues to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Document production activities to ensure traceability is maintained.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding quality control, cleanliness, and waste management.

 

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively individually or in a team environment to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in assembly and/or packing manufacturing
  • Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment (preferred)
